Friendly and helpful. The vehicle I purchased was short of a spare space saver wheel, specific for the car. I had thought I would have to have to find one my self. On delivery I was delighted to discover they had sourced the space saver wheel and jack that looked like new. The delivery driver was helpful and spot on time. All round good service.

As we were travelling from Durham, Billy rang to make sure we were still coming the day before , and had the car prepped and ready , having picked up a noise , had the auxiliary belt and tensioner changed to be sure the car was 100% . Dealt with all my questions and was a pleasure to deal with . I wouldn't hesitate to use Car Avenue again .
