At the time of purchasing the vehicle, I was informed that a 3-month warranty would be provided and that the warranty document would be sent within one hour after the sale. However, despite nearly one month having passed and my repeated follow-ups, during which I was consistently told it would be sent “within an hour,” the warranty document has still not been delivered.At the time of purchase, it was also stated that the vehicle’s audio system and cigarette lighter were not working and that replacement parts would be ordered. As no action was taken, I ultimately had to repair these issues myself.In addition, there was an issue with the driver’s side window getting stuck while closing. Although I was told that the necessary parts would be ordered and the issue would be fixed, no follow-up or support was provided after the sale.The failure to fulfil the commitments made prior to the sale, particularly the ongoing delay in providing the warranty documentation, has unfortunately resulted in significant dissatisfaction.
