Feedback for Car Avenue UK After spending considerable time online searching for a reliable registered garage to purchase a vehicle, I found Car Avenue UK. They offered a fantastic selection of vehicles at incredibly competitive prices. From the moment I contacted them about purchasing a VW Passat, the experience was outstanding. The seller was polite, attentive, and helpful over the phone. I explained my situation and asked for the best price, and they went above and beyond to meet my needs. They kept me informed and made the entire process smooth and enjoyable. Despite informing them that I wouldn’t be able to collect the car for a couple of months, they were extremely accommodating and reassured me that it wasn’t an issue. This level of flexibility and understanding exceeded my expectations and showed how dedicated they are to customer satisfaction. When I finally collected the car after two months, I was thrilled. The vehicle was in excellent condition, exactly as advertised in the pictures and on their website. The seller honored every promise and made sure the car was ready for me, making the entire process seamless. I can confidently say that this garage and seller are 100% trustworthy. They are polite, professional, and genuinely care about their customers. While the location might not seem the most attractive at first glance, their service and vehicle quality are unmatched. I highly recommend Car Avenue UK to anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy dealer. This has been one of the best car-buying experiences I’ve ever had. Thank you for everything!

Great customer service. Had a couple of niggly issues when I bought it (perhaps to be expected with a 9 year old car) but they put everything right ASAP. Had a it over a month now and it's driving great.

Excellent service from start to finish and a super quick turnaround. Phoned up Monday morning with interest in the Scirocco, was able to get all of the details over to me very quickly and was able to hand over the car the following morning. An honest seller and one that made the car buying experience very straightforward. Would 100% recommend.
