Purchased car , did not mention it was wrapped, also NO RECEIPTS kept saying in post now doesn’t even get back DISGUSTING CUSTOMER CARE . Also 2 issues with my car , these cars come in and straight on market straight away and theres issues with it he hasn’t mentioned in add . Be careful

Proper top blokes at 1st Stop Motor Group. I honestly can't recommend these guys enough, absolute 5+ star service.I was a bit of a nightmare trying to sort a viewing, had to rearrange it twice because of other stuff I had on, but they were sound about it every time. When I finally got there, the car was spot on, or so we thought. Turns out there was a bit of a hidden issue that me and my dad hadn't even clocked, but the next day they called and told us their mechanic had forgotten to do a piece of work.They told us to take it to a local garage, get a quote, and they'd cover it. Fair enough, I thought, but then the quote came in at over a grand, and I'll admit I started to get a bit twitchy, thinking, "what if they don't pay up after I've had the work done?"Anyway, I went for it and got it sorted. Sent them the invoice, and then I called a couple of times and got no answer. My stomach was in knots, thinking I'd been conned by a 'good guy' act. But about two hours later, they rang me back, proper apologetic, explaining they'd just been swamped with other customers.Then they told me to check my bank account, and I was so relieved. Not only had they paid the full amount for the repairs, but they'd also chucked in an extra £50 for the inconvenience. That's a level of service you just don't get anymore. Can't recommend them highly enough. Top lads.
