At the time of purchasing the vehicle, I was informed that a 3-month warranty would be provided and that the warranty document would be sent within one hour after the sale. However, despite nearly one month having passed and my repeated follow-ups, during which I was consistently told it would be sent “within an hour,” the warranty document has still not been delivered.At the time of purchase, it was also stated that the vehicle’s audio system and cigarette lighter were not working and that replacement parts would be ordered. As no action was taken, I ultimately had to repair these issues myself.In addition, there was an issue with the driver’s side window getting stuck while closing. Although I was told that the necessary parts would be ordered and the issue would be fixed, no follow-up or support was provided after the sale.The failure to fulfil the commitments made prior to the sale, particularly the ongoing delay in providing the warranty documentation, has unfortunately resulted in significant dissatisfaction.

I purchased a vehicle from this dealership which developed faults shortly after. The vehicle has completely broken down. I’ve tried to resolve it with them, but I’ve not received satisfactory support.

What a cracking company, very helpful people, kind, friendly and courteous. No high pressure sales pitch. You either like the car of not. After sales service excellent. V5C received very quickly. The Car drives like a new car. An excellent find.

Purchased car , did not mention it was wrapped, also NO RECEIPTS kept saying in post now doesn’t even get back DISGUSTING CUSTOMER CARE . Also 2 issues with my car , these cars come in and straight on market straight away and theres issues with it he hasn’t mentioned in add . Be careful
